Your Next Steps

1. Submit Official Student Transcripts

All admissions reviews are conducted with un-official transcripts. All admitted students must provide official transcripts. The transcript must show the conferral of your undergraduate degree, the date of conferral and your area of study. Official transcripts must be sent directly from the institution granting the degree. If transcripts are being sent electronically, please instruct your institution to send it through the e-transcript service at professional-admissions@uchicago.edu

Alternatively, you may request that your official paper transcript in the original school sealed envelope to be sent by USPS first-class mail or express shipping.
