Please join for a special lecture with Monica Verduzco-Gutierrez, MD, Associate Professor and Vice Chair of Compliance, Quality, and Patient Safety in the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the McGovern Medical School at Houston. She is also Medical Director of the Brain Injury and Stroke Program at TIRR Memorial Hermann.

Dr. Verduzco-Gutierrez will examine the impacts of implicit bias on careers, strategies for finding and nourishing mentorship opportunities, and how to develop skills to be an effective and inclusive leader in healthcare.
