As the Dean for Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Romero leads our efforts in supporting the diversity of identities, beliefs, and ethnicities among faculty, students, and staff. She brings a wealth of experience in medicine and research, and is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive.

Camilla Frost-Brewer, as the Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, applies principles and best practices to create inclusive environments within the Biological Sciences Division and the Cancer Center. She works to incorporate diversity and inclusion into strategic plans, research, recruitment, and offerings while fostering personal and professional development among employees.
