This workshop focuses on multidisciplinary approaches to the Central European region, broadly considered. The forum offers the space for discussion of Central Europe, from its origins to the present, for students from all disciplines, from history to literature, from religious studies to linguistics. Presenters come from the University faculty and graduate students as well as invited scholars working on related research projects. The workshop is a place to discuss current research and is the focal point of a larger interdisciplinary community of scholars and Chicago graduate students interested in Central Europe.

I am a second-year grad student at SAIC and am writing my thesis on Czech avant-garde group Dovetail. My professor Margaret MacNamidhi recommended these workshops to me. How might I get on the list of readings that are sent out so that I can participate in these workshops? Thank you!
