I am Ben Miller, an undergraduate at the University of Chicago. I major in history, with particular focus on topics in American social and racial history. I am also interested in Digital History, including how digital methods can be applied to sharing history and powering research.

I created this blog to share interesting historical work I do inside and out of the classroom. Posts might include original short pieces, addendums to older papers, project previews, book reviews, and various digital products. Thematically, the only common thread I plan to follow is “topics that interest me.”
