Our Curriculum and Faculty
The Divinity School curriculum is organized in three broad committees of the faculty- Constructive Studies in Religion, Historial Studies in Religion, and Religion and Human Sciences. The committees are mutally interactive and allow the same subjects to be examined from different vantage points.
Doctoral students choose one area of study to specialize, but complete coursework and exams across the areas. Masters students may take courses across the areas of study and committees and have the freedom to pursue special interests in depth, including extensive language study in preparation for a doctoral program.
