Upcoming Holiday Closures
Thanksgiving
We will be closed Nov 28 – 29 for Thanksgiving. Please submit orders by Tuesday, Nov 26 at 1pm to receive data before the Thanksgiving closure. We will reopen Monday, Dec 2.
Winter Recess
We will be closed Dec 23 – Jan 1 for UChicago Winter Recess. Submit orders* by Thursday, December 19th at 1pm to receive your data before the closure. We will reopen Thursday, Jan 2.
***During the week of Dec 16 sequencing orders of more than 2 plates per day are not guaranteed 2nd-business-day data delivery. Contact us by Dec 12th to discuss submitting orders of 2+ plates so that we can accommodate your order ahead of the closure.
Service impacts
- No order processing will occur during these closures. The DNA Order Portal and dropoff freezer will remain open for new orders that will be processed upon reopening.
- Resequencing for quality assurance is not guaranteed in the 2 days before closures.
- External users – we advise you to ensure that your shipments are delivered well in advance of the closures or not until reopening.
