Plan for extended processing times for Sanger sequencing orders placed from Mar 19 – Mar 28. Order fulfillment may take a week or so. If you require faster turnaround during that period then please plan to use an alternative provider such as Azenta.
Also plan for longer email response times. Requests for new user set up and technical support received during this time will be addressed during the first week of April.
