We cannot fulfill sequencing orders temporarily because we are experiencing issues with our instruments. Please do not submit new orders in the meantime.
We have completed processing for most orders that we received by April 28th at 1pm. We will return that data to users ASAP. You will receive another email if we were not able to complete your order. Please come and retrieve your samples from the dropoff freezer if you dropped them off after 1pm on the 28th.
We hope to reopen our sequencing service by the end of the week, but we cannot guarantee an exact date at this time. For urgent sequencing needs this week you may consider using a commercial provider: Azenta is available as a vendor in the UChicago Oracle system. Please reach out to Azenta as necessary for additional support.
