Carolyn Ou is an Executive/Leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, entrepreneurship and higher education leadership. She has coached a wide range of clients – entrepreneurs and artists, politicians, consultants, lawyers, scientists, advertising execs and more — towards both life and leadership goals. She is particularly passionate about helping emerging and unsung leaders identify and articulate their leadership communications platform.

As a coach, Carolyn is an active partner and trusted sounding board who understands the importance of combining creativity, intuition and innovation with strategic goal setting and planning. Whether she is working with a client on their leadership strategy,
crafting a set of leadership communications, or guiding a Board of Directors through a visioning conversation, she brings to the table a unique combination of coaching and consulting tools and experience. Carolyn has her MBA in Strategy from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and a BA with Honors in Renaissance Studies
and Comparative Literature from Brown University. She is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Certified Coach, a C-IQ Enhanced Skills Coach and Executive/Career Coaching provider for the Brown University Alumni Association. She is also the founder of Sandbox Consulting (http://sandboxco.com), a private leadership coaching practice, which she has operated for the past ten years.
