How can I complete the training?
Please visit the login page at https://admin.fifoundry.net/university-of-chicago/sign_in. You can log in using your CNet ID and password. Once logged in, you should see your course assignment on the homescreen. New employees will take a 60 minute foundational course titled Preventing Harassment and Discrimination while existing employees will take a refresher course titled Bridges: Taking Action.

The Everfi website is telling me my username and password are incorrect. How can I login?
Please make sure that you click the bar marked “Login with CNet ID” and input your CNet ID and password. The email and password fields at the bottom right of the screen are intended for users logging in without a CNet ID. If you used this option but you are a UChicago employee with a CNet ID, you might have received a message that your email or password were incorrect.
I am seeing an error message that Everfi cannot connect to my account. How can I login?
Profile information for faculty and staff is sometimes missing from our online system. If you receive an error message that Everfi is not able to connect with your account, please send an email with your name and CNet ID to email@example.com. We’ll work with you to update our records and restore your access to the course.
I am receiving an error message that the site cannot be reached. How can I access the course?
This issue can generally be resolved by re-opening the link in private or incognito browsing. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Equal Opportunity Programs.
How can I request a reasonable accommodation to complete the online course?

I have previously experienced trauma and am concerned about the content of the course. Are there alternatives to taking the online training?
This course contains content involving sexual violence and may be triggering to some individuals. If you feel you may have difficulty completing this course, please contact Bridget Collier, Title IX Coordinator for the University, to discuss alternatives.
How long is the course?
Most faculty, staff, and other academic employees will take a course titled Bridges: Taking Action. This course takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Newly hired employees will take a 60 minute foundational course called Preventing Harassment and Discrimination. Both courses are self-paced and allow users to pause the training at any time and return to it later.
Can I take the course on my mobile device?
Why did I receive a training assignment?
You received a training assignment, because The University of Chicago expects you to complete the Bridges: Taking Action course to fulfill your Academic Year 2020 training requirement. Sexual harassment prevention training is required every academic year for all students, faculty, other academic appointees, staff, and postdoctoral researchers. The University has engaged Everfi to administer the online sexual harassment prevention training.
I am stuck in my course and cannot click the ‘Next’ button. How do I move forward or navigate through the course?
The course is interactive. Look for indicators of what to do next. If the ‘Next’ button is not lit up, review the slide for additional action items. For example, move the mouse over the page and click on anything that gets highlighted and watch all the videos completely.
Your screen may be zoomed in too much causing you to miss a prompt or navigation button. To zoom out on a PC hit ‘[CTRL] + 0’ and on a Mac hit ‘[command] + 0’.
If you’ve clicked all the action items on the slide, and you’re still not able to move forward, clear your browser’s cache. Also, be sure your pop-up blocker is turned off and 3rd party cookies are enabled.
If the ‘Next’ button is lit up and you are still not able to move forward after completing the above steps, contact Everfi’s technical support center for a resolution.
I am having technical problems with the course.
Technical issues can usually be resolved by following these recommendations.
- Use desktop or laptop computer to complete the course. The course does not work on mobile devices.
- Update your browser to its most recent version.
- Switch to a different browser (Chrome or Firefox are recommended instead of IE).
- Clear your browser cache.
- Zoom out. If you seem stuck, your screen may be zoomed in too much, causing you to miss a prompt or a navigation button. To zoom out on a PC hit ‘[CTRL] + 0’ and on a Mac hit ‘[command] + 0’.
- Click/Respond/View. There may be an interactive item on the module that has not been clicked, responded to, or viewed yet.
- Still Need Help? Please consult Everfi’s technical support center for a resolution.
My employment is ending soon. Do I still need to complete the training?
