On Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. the studio offers a Core Power 2 (C2) class, which is a Vinyasa yoga flow class suitable for all levels. The class takes place on the outdoor patio area of The Promontory, at 5311 S. Lake Park Avenue West.
If you want to add weights to your yoga practice, you might want to try Yoga Sculpt, a full-body workout rooted in Vinyasa, with the option to include a range of dumbbells. Yoga Sculpt is offered on Saturday mornings at 8 a.m. in the parking lot adjacent to The Promontory. All weights are provided.
A Sunday C2 class is offered at 8:30 a.m., also in the parking lot adjacent to The Promontory.
Online reservations are required for all classes, and drop-in guest rates for the outdoor classes have been reduced to $20/per person, payable online or on-site prior to the class.
Members and guests should bring their own mat, water, and any props needed – at this time Core Power Yoga does not offer mat rentals or use of props.
