Couples may choose one appetizer (arancini, meatballs, or crab cakes), one entree per person (chicken parmigiana, squid ink risotto with scallops, double cut Colorado lamb chops, or Gnocchi alla Gamberi) and one dessert for the table (tiramisu, limoncello mascarpone cake, or cioccolato cake).
