Accelerator Building 211 Gears and Instructions

 

Getting Started

The wall-mounted touchscreen controller is your main tool for 211. Upon first entering the room you should be greeted with a blue screen reading “Welcome to Room 211”. Press the Start button to begin. This will take you to the main menu. If you would like to share content from a personal you want to plug the HDMI cable into your HDMI port on your laptop. Then  you should be able to plug the other into one of the three HDMI Ports in the room pictured below. (Front, Rear and Floor)

Instructions

To connect two monitors to the Front TV’s (Right of the Front Door)

Plug HDMI cable into one of the three HDMI ports. (Pictured Above)

  • Front (Under front two TV’s)
  • Floor (Under the table)
  • Rear (Under the Projector)

On the tablet door click on the “Select display sources” button and you will see the following screen

  1. (Insert the picture of two row input)
  • You will see Left display (TV) on top row and Right Display (TV) on bottom row
  • Select the front under both display
  • Should be good to go!

To connect to projector on back wall

Plug HDMI cable into one of the three HDMI ports. (Pictured Above)

  • Front (Under front two TV’s)
  • Floor (Under the table)
  • Rear (Under the Projector)

On the tablet click the “PROJECTOR ON” button

The Project will automatically come down, and on the tablet top row of inputs select “Rear”

Room PC

To connect with the computer in the room

  • On the table click “Select Display Sources”

  • Click Room PC as the sources for both left and right display

  • Use the keyboard and mouse located in order to control the PC.

 

Airtame

  • In order to use Airtame you must have the have the app downloaded, which you can download at www.airtame.com/start
  • Once downloaded type the following
    • IP Address: 10.150.62.161
  • On the tablet click Airtame in row of input sources
