Gear

  • Logitech remote (Yellow)  – controls the camera (zooms and turns)

  • Logitech Microphone (Red)
  • Lavalier microphone and handheld wireless microphone (Green)– projects voice through speaker
  • HDMI cable (needs better picture) – will project to confidence monitor and the projector for display and sound
  • USB Cable (needs better picture) – connects the laptop to the Logitech groupset (camera, microphone, speaker)
  • Confidence monitor (Blue)–  Display presentation/Helps presenter speak
  • Logitech camera (Orange)  – can be used for zoom, and can be used as a webcam on a laptop

Getting Started

Press the power button on the screen.

You will be presented with two options: Projector and Microphones.

Turn on the projector by pressing on the projector options, the (Computer),

Select your input source, which is usually Southwest (SW Floor Box). Needs better wording something easier

 

This will automatically lower the screen and turn on the projector.

Instruction

How to connect your computer to the projector and confidence monitor

  • Plug the HDMI cable near the podium in your computer.
  • Walk over to the tablet and click on the computer icon.
  • Computer should be displayed on projector

 

How to connect your computer to the Logitech groupset (camera, microphone, and speaker)

  • Plug the USB into your machine
  • Go to Zoom, Setting then Video
  • Select “Logi” Under Camera
  • Go to Zoom, Settings then Audio
  • Select “Logi” under Microphone and Speaker

 

 

When you have finished with the room. Turn off the system with the power button and make sure the projector is turned off.
