TAAC Gear and Instructions
Gear
- Logitech remote (Blue) – controls the camera (zooms and turns)
- Projector remote (Yellow) – controls the room projector (use to switch inputs if using VGA)
- HDMI Connection (Red) – will project to the projector for display and sound
- Logitech USB connection (Green) – connects the laptop to the Logitech groupset (camera, microphone, speaker)
- Logi group set (Black) – This is the microphone and speaker for the room
Getting Started
Press the power button on the projector remote.
Instruction
How to connect your computer to the projector
- Plug the HDMI or VGA cable near the table into your computer.
- Computer should be displayed on projector
- If you are not seeing your screen on the projector make sure the projector is on the correct input for your choice.
How to connect your computer to the Logitech groupset (camera, microphone, and speaker)
- Plug the USB into your machine
- Go to Zoom, Setting then Video
- Select “Logi” Under Camera
- Go to Zoom, Settings then Audio
- Select “Logi” under Microphone and Speaker
When you have finished with the room. Make sure the projector is turned off.
