Instructions
How to connect laptop to display
Press the Start button on the touch panel.
Video:
Open the middle drawer in the AV Rack, in which you should find a HDMI and in the bottom drawer and USB cable.
Plug the HDMI and USB from rack into your HDMI laptop port.
Select the HDMI you have plugged in via the Select Source buttons in the top left corner
If you do not see your screen, you can switch between the Rack 1 and Rack 2 HDMI using the select source buttons on touch panel.
The USB is for connecting the camera and microphone for zoom calls. Plug this in if you are hosting a hybrid meeting.
Sound:
The Volume slider is on the right on the touch panel, if you have no volume make sure you have it set to the appropriate amount.
How to connect to zoom meeting
Plug your computer into the HDMI and USB cords in drawers from the AV rack.
Start your zoom meeting as normal.
Make sure you set the microphone and camera to the room system (EasyIP Mixer)
Camera Controls:
There is a camera, speakers, and a microphone bar built in to the room. You can control these with the touch panel.
The controls for these can be accessed while in a zoom meeting by pressing “Camera Control.”
The room system microphone will be muted by default.
To unmute the room press the Privacy Mute button on the left side of the touch panel. Red means muted. Green means a live mic.
You can chose where the camera is focused in the room with the camera controls. There are 4 preset camera positions as well for quick adjustments.
When you have finished with the room. Turn off the system with the power button and make sure the projector is turned off.
