Project Description: Implementation of a vendor hosted (i-Sight) application to effectively manage cases submitted by UChicago staff.
Project Purpose/Business Need: The ELR and EOP offices are currently handling cases via excel spreadsheets. Adopting a modern application will allow them to better manage their cases and allow for reporting.
Project Scope: This fixed bid project is estimated to last 14 weeks in duration. Approximately 15 staff members from the ELR and EOP offices will have access to the application. Data from excel will be migrated into the system prior to go-live. Employee data will be pulled from WorkDay into i-Sight as needed. The i-Sight application will use Shibboleth for authentication.
