Project Description: Establish a single system of record for the website ecosystem at the University of Chicago, using a website registry/inventory system.
Project Purpose/Business Need: As part of the IT Risk reduction initiative, this project will update the web registry platform to better support a unified University web presence that catalogs web properties for analysis of University web sites’ adherance to established policies and standards.
Project Scope: Identify a Website Registry tool that captures key web property data and allows for site owner self-service maintenance and central monitoring, then implement the solution.
