Karp Molecular Paleoecology Lab

Welcome to the Karp Research Group!

We are a lab group in the Geophyscial Sciences Department led by PI Tyler Karp.

We study the past, present and future of grassy ecosystems by using the information stored in organic molecules preserved in soils and sediments to reconstruct past climate and ecology.
