We examine the induction and consequences of cellular senescence in cancer therapy and aging.

Systems Biology and (Multi)omics

We utilize the latest in omics technologies (scRNAseq, genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, etc…) to understand the systems biology underlying cellular senescence, DNA damage response, and various other biological phenomena.

DNA Damage Response

We study DNA damage responses in cancer cells and tumors, including interactions of radiotherapy and immunotherapy.

Our lab uses C-Chamber Incubator Subchamber and ProOx Oxygen Controller from BioSpherix to control physiologic O2 levels in our cell culture-based studies. Learn more:
