Bissera Pentcheva, Associate Professor in the Department of Art and Art History at Stanford University, will be giving a public lecture, “Hagia Sophia and the Aesthetics of the Sea,” at the Art Institute of Chicago on Thursday, February 16th, from 6-7pm. This will take place in Fullerton Hall and is sponsored by Echo Effect Events.
