Anne Mulcahy

Former Chair and CEO, Xerox Corporation 

Anne Mulcahy was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Xerox Corporation until July 2009, when she retired as CEO after eight years in the position. Prior to serving as CEO, Ms. Mulcahy was President and Chief Operating Officer of Xerox. She also served as President of Xerox’s General Markets Operations, which created and sold products for reseller, dealer and retail channels.

After Xerox, Ms. Mulcahy served as chair of the board of trustees of Save The Children Federation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to creating lasting change in the lives of children throughout the world, from March 2010 to February 2017. She was reappointed as a Board member in February 2018 and serves on the Executive, Nominations & Governance and Finance Committees.

Her other nonprofit service includes serving on the Advisory Council of The Tent Partnership for Refugees and as a Trustee of the Nature Conservancy in Connecticut.

Her public board service includes Johnson & Johnson (since 2009), Graham Holdings Company (since 2008), LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (since 2013). She was on the Board of Target Corporation from 1997-2017.
