MENTORS
Executive Mentors of the Leadership & Society Initiative (LSI) serve as critical advisors to the accomplished Fellows in LSI who are preparing for purposeful second chapters of leadership, service, and philanthropy for society.
The mentorship program has three objectives:
- Exposure: Mentors share their own stories of developing and executing purposeful second chapters with Fellows to offer a tangible and relatable role model.
- Guidance: Mentors help Fellows to reflect on their priorities and imagine the possibilities for how they can contribute to society in their next chapter.
- Feedback: Mentors advise Fellows on their Purpose Plan, sharing direct feedback on how Fellows can improve their plan for beyond the fellowship year.
Below are examples of the individuals who have agreed to serve as mentors.
