The University of Chicago | Your Signature

The Neuroscience Early Enrichment and Training Opportunity (NEETO) at UChicago engages Chicago high school students and teachers in hands-on laboratory experiments, fosters interactions between students at different career levels, and exposes high school students to cutting-edge research and STEM careers. All research activities will take place in the Carrillo lab at UChicago.

NEETO Goals

NEETO is designed to facilitate participation of Chicago high school students in neurobiological research. Taking place at the University of Chicago, students will gain understanding of common neurobiological concepts and questions, develop and apply practical lab experience, and prepare themselves for their undergraduate futures in STEM.
