Parth Modi

Parth Modi is a fellowship-trained urologic oncologist with expertise in the management of genitourinary cancers, including bladder, prostate, and kidney cancer. He also specializes in complex open and robotic surgery to treat patients with urologic cancers. His current research focuses on the effects of health care policy and improving the delivery of health care in the United States.

His work has been funded by the National Cancer Institute and published in 45 peer-reviewed manuscripts, as well as numerous book chapters and presentations.

Modi earned a BA in psychology from Northwestern University, as well as an MD from its Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, followed by urologic oncology and health services research fellowships at the University of Michigan, where he was honored with the Julian Wan Research Excellence Award. He also holds an MS in health and health care research from the University of Michigan.
