Andrew Eggers is a political scientist whose recent research investigates electoral systems, strategic voting, political careers, and research methodology.
His work has been published in the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, British Journal of Political Science, Political Analysis, Comparative Political Studies, Electoral Studies, Quarterly Journal of Political Studies, Legislative Studies Quarterly, Social Choice and Welfare, and Journal of Macroeconomics.
Eggers received his PhD in government from Harvard University and an MA in economics from Tufts University. He completed an AB in history summa cum laude at Harvard University. He was previously professor of politics at the University of Oxford and a professorial fellow of Nuffield College. Prior to that, he was an assistant professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
