Pancreatic cancer is currently the 3rd leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States. Despite new and emerging therapies, it remains one of the most difficult cancers to diagnosis early and treat.

The University of Chicago is hosting the first ever 2024 PancMidwest Symposium, bringing together expert researchers and clinicians from the Midwest to join forces in the quest to beat pancreatic cancer.

This one-day event will feature podium talks, short talks, and a poster session.

A cocktail reception to follow is intended to deepen the conversation and spark new collaborations.
