REFUGEE WELLNESS PROGRAM 10-YEAR REPORT (2012-2022)

The Refugee Wellness Lab examines presentations of migration trauma among global communities resettled in the United States across immigration status and across the lifespan from infancy through adulthood.

The lab also explores theoretical approaches and treatment models that have been used in mental healthcare treatment, contributing to knowledge of what supports work for whom, when and under what circumstances.

The RefugeeOne Wellness Program 10-year report reflects data from the refugee mental health program Dr. Hilado founded and directed for a 12-year tenure. Data from the program has served as a foundation for her research program.
