Please join the Religion and Ethics Workshop and the Theology Workshop for an evening of discussion with Gerald McKenny (Notre Dame) on “Responsibility in Karl Barth and Modern Ethics.” Prof. McKenny has recently published a book on Barth’s ethics entitled “The Analogy of Grace: Karl Barth’s Moral Theology.” The lecture is open to all and we would hope that those interested either specifically in Barth’s ethics or more broadly in Barth’s theology would join us. The workshops will host a reception at the Ida Noyes Pub after the event. All are welcome to join us. The paper that the lecture will be based on is posted below. If you are able, please read it ahead of time, though we welcome you to come even if your are unable.
