I am a Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics at the University of Chicago.

My research is focused on the the syntax of clitics in spoken Arabic, and how clitic doubling and agreement work in the different dialects.

Before coming to Chicago, I obtained an M.A in Linguistics from INALCO  and Paris 3 where my research focused on the history of Maghrebi Arabic.
