We are planning a series of research networking events aiming to leverage the complementary expertise of UChicago social scientists and Argonne National Laboratories researchers to seed novel collaborations and innovative research that address complex climate, energy, and technology challenges.
This first event will focus on connecting researchers with interests in climate change and sustainability, place-based and community climate issues, mitigation and policy, clean energy, and emerging technologies.
Participants will be asked to present a 3–5-minute elevator pitch on their research expertise and opportunities for collaboration in a small group setting.
We encourage faculty who are not able to attend the event to complete the registration form. We will share information on research interests and opportunities for collaboration with everyone who completes the form.
