John-Paul Heil

John-Paul Heil is a Ph.D student in the Department of History. He works on early modern history, in particular the Italian Renaissance, with a focus on patronage and humanism in the 15th century court of Naples. He is the founder of Sodalitas and was coordinator of the organization from 2017-2018.

Ada Palmer
Faculty Coordinator
Ada Palmer is an Associate Professor in the Department of History. She works on many aspects of the intellectual history of early modernity, including the history of atheism, skepticism, and freethought. Her work primarily deals with the Italian Renaissance. She has been Sodalitas’ faculty coordinator since its inception.
