About the Project
Welcome to our study, which explores the complex dynamics behind student motivations for entering and staying in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, excluding social sciences) in relation to personal identity, including sexuality, and other key social factors.
Our research centers on three main themes: motivations for pursuing STEM, factors that contribute to student persistence, and the influence of social practices and relationships.
