(SYN)THESIS: a celebration of the 2020 TAPS BA Thesis Projects
for majors: original artistic project + academic paper
for minors: original artistic project
Each artistic project was well underway to be a live public performance event when Covid-19 sent us all into private spaces. Visit each student’s page to learn more about who they are and what they created. Some projects have been reconceived for private-only viewings, and some have live ‘screening’ events — see schedule below and join us!
All are gorgeously intelligent and compelling works driven by passionate inquiries and inventive creative processes. They were developed within a cohort of students whose generosity was palpable – whether in generative brainstorming, gentle encouragement, rigorous critique, or celebratory cheer.
