Please join the Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe Workshop next Wednesday, March 29 for the first session of the Spring Quarter, We will welcome Gregory Valdespino, PhD Student in History, who will be presenting his paper “’Against the Dead Past, the Future is Broken’: Grief, Family, and Empire after the Mount Pelée Eruption.” Commentary will be provided by Alex Jania, PhD Student in History. We will meet in John Hope Franklin room (SS 224) from 5:00PM-6:30PM.
