3/5: Nicholas O’Neill at Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe

Dear Colleagues,

Please join the Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe Workshop next Thursday, March 5 at 5:00 PM for a special History Day meeting, co-sponsored by the Interdisciplinary Approaches to Modern France and the Francophone World  Workshop and the History and Theory of Capitalism Workshop.

We are delighted to host Nicholas O’Neill, PhD candidate, Department of History, who will be presenting his paper, ”The Consumer Revolution: Accounting for Demand in the French Porcelain Industry, 1780-1800.” Charles Fawell, PhD candidate, Department of History, will be providing comment.

 

Please note that we will meet from 5:00-6:30 PM in Room 305 of the Social Sciences Research Building. A small reception will follow.
