Alice Goff @ TAMEW on May 10

We hope to see you again next week for the Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe workshop. We will once again be meeting in the Social Sciences Tea Room (Social Science Research Building, 1126 E. 59th Street, Room 201), and will meet at our usual time, 4:30 to 6:00, on Wednesday, May 10.

Alice Goff (Assistant Professor of German History and the College) will be presenting “Is It Not Dust? Premodern Curiosity in Postwar Germany.” Hannah Wiemer (Visiting Scholar in the Department of German Studies) will respond.

Please find the draft to be discussed, along with an accompanying set of images, on our TAMEW Canvas page and on our website under the heading “Current Paper” (Password: HopeFranklin). As always, feel free to get in touch with us at cremer@uchicago.edu and juliamead@uchicago.edu with any questions.

See you next week,
Laura Cremer and Julia Mead
