Laura Cespedes Arias

In the past, my research has mostly focused on birds from the Andes, mainly in Colombia where I am from. Specifically, I studied a hybrid zone between two species of colorful Andean warblers (genus Myioborus) and was involved in various projects focused on phylogeography and distribution of Andean birds.
