Sensorium Information
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Sensorium this weekend. We have an exciting lineup of talks and posters that can be viewed here.

Directions
Directions to the Field Museum are here. Please note that we must use the West Entrance of the Field Museum when entering for the conference (map available in the directions pdf).

Logistics
The registration for the Sensorium is closed. We had a great deal of interest and have reached our venue capacity. We are unable to accommodate last minute registrations or additions. We currently have a waitlist of people who are interested in attending. Out of respect for them, Field Museum security and staff, please do not bring anyone who is not already registered for the conference. If you would like to double check your registration status, please email Kristina (fialko@uchicago.edu). Conversely, if for whatever reason you are unable to attend, please let Trevor (pricet@uchicago.edu) know so we can open that slot.

Your Sensorium badge will give you access to all the exhibits at the Field Museum over the weekend, which are open during normal working hours (9 AM – 5 PM). You are welcome to explore the museum at your leisure but note the exhibits will be closed at 5 PM and we must stay within the conference area after that time.

We will be offering behind-the-scenes tours of the bird collections on Sunday after lunch (~1 PM). If you are interested in joining these tours, please fill out the following interest form: https://forms.gle/ZgrgcnAasmQoLgJj8

Catering
Coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. To reduce waste, we encourage you to bring reusable drink containers for both coffee/tea and water, although disposable ones will be available. We will be providing a vegetarian lunch on Saturday. While we cannot provide lunch on Sunday, there are several options to purchase food in and near the Field Museum including two museum cafes and a popular local Chicago hot dog cart – Kim and Carlo’s – located just east of the South Doors of the Museum between the Museum and Soldier Field.

Talks
The schedule is online. Please create a PC-compatible PPTX or PDF file and either upload it to the cloud for download or bring it with you to the conference to upload onto the available computer. We ask that presenters use the available computer to avoid switching devices, as this can cause delays in the AV system.

Posters
The schedule is here. We will be having two sessions with 22 posters each:
Nos 1-22 on the schedule can be put up starting 8 a.m. Saturday, for viewing 12:30 – 2 PM and to take down 3 pm
Nos 23-43 on the schedule should be put up at 3pm., for viewing 5-6pm, and can be left up until noon Sunday.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us (pricet@uchicago.edu, shackett@fieldmuseum.org,  fialko@uchicago.edu). See you all in Chicago soon!
