AEPP Student Spotlight: Joanna T

Today, we’re highlighting a winning submission from the 2019 AEPP Finding Chicago: Global Perspectives project. The AEPP-Speaking students recorded podcasts on an issue in North American or Chicago culture that captured their attention. Today’s featured podcast is from Joanna T., a Harris School of Public Policy Masters of Public Policy student. Congratulations, Joanna!

In this podcast, music-lover Joanna discusses the Chicago Jazz Festival, a free week of concerts that happen every summer: “It’s not only a good chance for the people here in Chicago to go out, lie on the grass, enjoy the sunshine, breathing some good air, and enjoy the beautiful music but also for the artists it’s also a good opportunity to show people what they got.”
