🌈Wednesday AEPP Social Spotlight🌈
Last Saturday, AEPP students and staff took a virtual cooking class hosted by Aya Forster.
Aya taught us how to make potato salad, which is a common side dish that Americans bring to picnics, barbecues, and cookouts.
Our students and staff are meeting from all over the world, so it was fun to see how each person’s potato salad would turn out with their local ingredients.
A number of AEPP students had never eaten this dish before, and reported that it was delicious.
