We know that many of our incoming and current @uchicago students and affiliates are unable to explore Chicago at the moment. That’s why every Friday this summer, we will showcase a Chicago/U.S. cultural icon. This weekend, it’s the 146th running of the Kentucky Derby, one of the most famous horse races in the world. ⠀
The Derby was postponed this year due to COVID, and is now running tomorrow, Saturday Sept 5, at 6:01pm Chicago time.
