We know that many of our incoming and current @uchicago students and affiliates are unable to explore Chicago at the moment. That’s why we are showcasing Chicago cultural icons each week for a relaxing activity to do this weekend. This week, it’s a virtual tour of the Garfield Park Conservatory: ⠀

“Often referred to as “landscape art under glass,” [it] is one of the largest conservatories in the nation. The conservatory spans two acres of public greenhouse space and 10 acres of outdoor gardens, with a diverse collection of plants representing all different climates. Take a virtual tour of their gardens, including a digital color safari and an architecture-based tour.” ⠀
