This exhibit is a random collection of pieces that Leyton has folded over the course of this spring quarter. As a folder, Leyton really tried to focus on realism for their pieces, which is seen in insect / animal folds. They also tried wet folding this quarter, a technique to “glue” your models into certain positions, and this is seen the best in the human figure and cicada models. This quarter has been a lot more experimental, with modular pieces, human figures, and money models.

Leyton hopes these pieces help inspire others to fold more!
