Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors : Trichotillomania + Dermatillomania

“Natural Recovery in BFRBs”

Overarching goal to characterize the clinical phenotypes of Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) that are associated with natural recovery from their disorders.

 

“Single-Group Crossover Trial Comparing Behavioral Treatment to Memantine in Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors” (Not yet recruiting)

The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of comprehensive behavioral treatment (ComB) to memantine, a psychopharmacological agent, for body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs).

 

 

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

“A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Adjunctive Troriluzole in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder” 
The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, long term safety, and tolerability of troriluzole as adjunctive therapy in subjects with OCD who have had an inadequate response to SSRI, clomipramine, venlafaxine or desvenlafaxine treatment.

 

“An Open-Label Trial of Epidiolex in the Treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and related disorders”

 The primary objective of this 3-visit, open-label study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Epidiolex (cannabidiol) in adults with OCD, BFRBs, and hoarding disorder. 

 

“A Double-Blind, Randomized, Placebo Controlled Study of Tolcapone for OCD”

The purpose of this research is to gather information on the safety and effectiveness of Tolcapone for the treatment of OCD in multiple doses.

 

 

Mood Disorders

A Randomized, Double-blind, Multicenter, Placebo-controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Esketamine Nasal Spray, Administered as Monotherapy, in Adult Participants with Treatment-resistant Depression”

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of esketamine nasal spray, administered as monotherapy in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD).

 

 

Posttraumatic Stress Disorder
