A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Adjunctive Troriluzule in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder 
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, long-term safety, and tolerability of troriluzule as adjunctive therapy in subjects with OCD who have had an inadequate response to an SSRI, clomipramine, venlafaxine, or desvenlafaxine treatment.

A Study of Disease Characteristics and Real-life Standard of Care Effectiveness in Patients with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) With Anhedonia and Inadequate Response to Current Antidepressant Therapy Including an SSRI or SNRI

The purpose of this research study is to understand the social and demographic factors, disease-related and treatment-related characteristics, and standard of care (SOC) treatment patterns in participants with MDD with anhedonia (reduced ability to experience interest, motivation, enjoyment, or pleasure) who have had an inadequate response to their current antidepressant treatment, inclusive of SSRIs or SNRIs.
