About me
I am a Postdoctoral Principal Researcher at Chicago Booth School of Business, hosted by Professor Amy Ward.
My research is in the intersection of data science and service systems operations. I analyze operational data of service systems to understand customer and agent behavior and develop stochastic models to optimize service systems operations. Typical applications are textual based contact centers, call centers, health care, etc.
I completed my PhD, at the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, advised by Professor Galit Yom-Tov and worked closely with Professor Yair Goldberg.
