I am a quantitative researcher at Point72. I received my PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2024. Previously, I received a Master of Science in Machine Learning (2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Machine Learning (2018) from Carnegie Mellon University.
In 2023, I was a quantitative research intern at Point72 applied machine learning team. In 2022, I was a PhD Student Researcher at Google Research, Brain Team (now Google Deepmind).
I sometimes go by Shawn: it is exactly how you would pronounce the third Chinese character in my name, Xiang 翔. I have zero preference whatsoever between Boxiang and Shawn so feel free to use either one.
