Location and Time
We are located at 3001 S. Lowe Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. The entrance is on the W 30th St side of the building. Our clinic hours are 5:30-8 PM on select Mondays.

- Free patient visits with a UChicago Medicine doctor
- Free on-site and laboratory testing
- Prescriptions for medications
- Patient counseling
We are unfortunately unable to provide care for pediatric patients at this time. For free care for children under 18, please contact the Washington Park Free Clinic.
Interpreter Service
If you require a Mandarin or Cantonese interpreter, please select the appropriate language when completing the appointment form. We may not be able to provide an interpreter for other languages, please contact us to inquire further.
