Application Requirements
The deadline to submit admissions applications and necessary accompanying documents for Fall 2024 was January 31, 2024. The online application will begin accepting application for Fall 2025 admission in early Fall 2024. Depending on available space, the CAM Master’s program may continue to accept applications after the application deadline. To ensure full consideration, applicants should apply by the deadline. Applicants who wish to be considered after the deadline are advised to contact the program with questions about whether the admissions cycle is complete for the year. Applicants must use the online application. The following materials are required:
- A copy of your transcript from each undergraduate or graduate institution you have attended.
- At least three letters of recommendation.
- Proof of English Proficiency (see https://grad.uchicago.edu/admissions/apply/english-language-requirements/ for detailed information).
- Candidate statement.
- Resume or CV.
- $90 application fee.
Please note that for the Fall 2024 admissions cycle, GRE test scores are NOT required. However, you may still submit your scores to be considered if you choose.
Students admitted to the MCAM program will be required to pay a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit to accept their place in the program. The deposit will be applied toward the first quarter of tuition.
